The Problem You Think You Have
In March 2024, 36 hours before a logistics client’s regional event, their Brother printer stopped. The screen said toner low. The laptop said driver unavailable. People think emergency print failures are caused by bad hardware. Actually, the causation runs the other way: unreliable workflows make good hardware look bad. The Transparency Test

What Actually Works
None of this requires a perfect system. It requires a few boring checks before the deadline, not during it.
